New Board Members

As of March 2024, three new board members have joined The Aftermath Foundation. We are honored to have them join our cause and we look forward to many new, exciting changes coming to fruition.

Jon Atack, Board Member

Jon was a public Scientologist for nine years. Since he left, in 1983, he has published hundreds of articles and several books, including Let’s Sell These People a Piece of Blue Sky, the only comprehensive history of the group. He was appointed an expert witness by the London High Court during the successful defense of Bare-Faced Messiah in 1987. He has helped more than 600 former members in their recovery. His YouTube channel is jon atack, family and friends (@jonatackfamilyfriends6176). You can learn more about Jon here.

Phil Jones, Board Member

After 40 years in Scientology, Phil and his wife left the organization more than a decade ago. Since then, Phil has been actively protesting Scientology abuses, especially their practice of family disconnection. Phil and his wife have brought increased awareness of Scientology’s disconnection practice through the use of billboards like the CallMe campaign back in 2016 and writing periodically for The Underground Bunker.

Stefani Hutchison, Board Member

Stefani Hutchison was never in Scientology, but has been involved in exposing the truth about Scientology since 2017. Stefani maintains a blog and an X account, which both document her extensive research and exposure of Scientology, which she uses as an effective means to educate and inform those not familiar with the Church of Scientology.

The Aftermath Foundation is in the process of establishing an Advisory Committee as we continue to grow and learn in our efforts to establish effective initiatives to accomplish our charitable purpose. The Advisory Committee will be comprised of volunteers who will meet and provide advice and support to the Aftermath Board. If you have an interest in being considered for this Advisory Committee, please email Bruce Hines at bruce@theaftermathfoundation.org.

Thank you all for your continued support!
